FEMA Assistance Application Deadline; Police Pension Board Meeting

Stuff that's happening in and around Lisle.

Here’s some of what’s going on in and around Lisle today:

·      July 24 (today!) is the deadline for applying for FEMA assistance for damages from the April and early May flooding and storms, residents can apply for help with “temporary rental assistance and other serious disaster-related expenses not met by insurance or other assistance programs.”

·      The Village of Lisle’s Police Pension Fund Board will meet at 7 p.m. Wednesday in the Police Department’s training room. They’ll be approving their annual report, among other things. Click here for the full agenda.

·      Ladies forty and older are invited to a networking event at 6 p.m. Wednesday at Adelle's Fine American Fare, 535 West Liberty, in Wheaton. Aside from just networking, the event promises free appetizers and wine, gift bags, raffle prizes and more. What more do you want out of a Wednesday night?
