A 19-year-old Naperville man is accused of pointing a pellet gun that he had in his possession at another driver, according to Lisle police. Jason Brown, of the 600 block of Morningside Drive, was charged with disorderly conduct. He was arrested at 9:17 p.m. May 15 at Route 53 and Maple Avenue during a traffic stop. A male driver contacted police and told them a male subject, later identified as Brown, displayed what appeared to be handgun at him while they were driving their vehicles on Route 53, according to a police report. Paul C. Gleason, 26, of the 900 block of Inverness, Lisle, was charged with possession of cannabis and drug paraphernalia. Gleason was arrested at 10:45 p.m. May 15 at Route 53 and Maple Avenue. Sarah C. Ford, 20, of the 1500 block of Jill Court, Glendale Heights, was charged with driving while license suspended on May 12. Adam P. Roser, 28, of the 5100 block of Lincoln Avenue, Lisle, was charged with unlawful possession of a controlled substance and drug paraphernalia. Roser was arrested at 10:49 p.m. May 5 on the 4700 block of Main Street. Roser's arrest was the result of a call for service investigated by a Lisle police officer, according to a report. Said E. Garcia, 24, of the 700 block of West 65th Street, Westmont, was charged with the following: Aggravated DUI Driving while license revoked Leaving the scene of an accident Garcia was arrested at 3:56 a.m. May 5 at Kingston Avenue and Rolling Drive after a Lisle police officer conducted a traffic stop. The stop was made following a domestic disturbance call for service, according to a police report. Garcia is accused of purposely driving his vehicle into three parked vehicles following a domestic situation with his girlfriend, the report said. He was processed at the Lisle Police …
Jose M. Ocegueda, 21, of the 1200 block of Woodruff Road, Joliet, was charged with no valid driver's license and speeding on May 1. This arrest was the result of a traffic stop at 4:59 p.m. conducted by a Lisle police officer at Yackley and Burlington avenues, police said.
Jesse Zuniga, 33, of the 7700 block of Larchwood Lane, Woodridge, was charged on May 1 with misdemeanor unlawful use of a weapon and cited for street racing and speeding. Zuniga was arrested at 1 a.m. as a result of a traffic stop by a Lisle police officer. The officer observed a vehicle driven by Zuniga traveling more than 40 miles per hour above the posted speed limit while racing another vehicle, according to a report. He was released on bond to await a court hearing.
Virginia A. Narsete, 61, of the 4200 block of Keim Road, Lisle, was served a warrant on April 29 for driving under the influence of alcohol during a motor vehicle accident. The accident occurred at 8:10 p.m. Feb. 28 on the same block as her residence. The warrant was issued as a result of an accident investigation conducted by a Lisle police officer. An initial court date for this case was set for June 11 at the DuPage County Judicial Center.
Alfredo Solis, 25, of the 100 block of Kingston, Bolingbrook, was charged at 9 a.m. April 26 with no valid driver's license, police said. Solis was arrested at Warrenville Road and Pine Lane as a result of a Lisle police officer's accident investigation.
SATURDAY, APRIL 13 DUI, Possession of Cannabis Wheaton police charged Michael P. McCabe, 27, of the 2400 block of Shasta Drive, Lisle, with driving under the influence of alcohol and possession of cannabis. McCabe was driving a silver or aluminum 2002 Volkswagen Golf at 2:17 a.m. at Blanchard Street and Roosevelt Road in Wheaton when police initiated a traffic stop. McCabe was booked at the Wheaton Police Department and released later that morning.
Juan Acevedo, 40, of the 400 block of Independence Lane, Bolingbrook, was charged at 4:33 p.m. with no valid driver's license. Acevedo was arrested at Ogden and Indiana avenues as a result of a Lisle police officer's accident investigation.
Shawn D. Symons, 18, of the 1300 block of East Ogden Avenue, Naperville, was charged with possession of cannabis and resisting a peace officer at 9 a.m. April 9, according to police. The arrest was made on the 1800 block of Short Street after an investigatory contact conducted by a Lisle police officer.
James W. Mulvey, 21, of the 2900 block of Wellington Avenue, Lisle, was charged at 8 a.m. on April 16 with criminal trespass to land on the 4800 block of Lake Trail Drive, according to police. Lay was arrested after a Lisle police officer conducted an investigation.
SATURDAY, MARCH 30 Cannabis Possession Police charged Giovanni P. Flores, 29, of the 5800 block of Iris Lane, Lisle, withpossession of cannabis. He was arrested at 1:30 a.m. at the intersection of Butterfield Road and Leask. He was released at the scene.
Jonathan Dickson, 37, of the 2300 block of Beau Monde Lane, Lisle, was arrested at 3:40 p.m. April 8 at Ogden and Yender Avenues. He was charged with driving while license suspended after a traffic stop, according to police.
Elliard M. Lay, 33, of the 4500 block of Beau Monde Drive, Lisle, was charged at 4 a.m. on April 6 with criminal damage to property on the same block, according to police. Lay was arrested after a Lisle police officer investigated a disturbance call.
Jacob S. McDonald, 29, of the 900 block of Gamble Drive, Lisle, was charged at noon on April 3 with battery on the 4600 block of Dumoulin Avenue, according to police.
Brian E. Murphy, 29, of the 5900 block of Oakwood Drive, Lisle, was arrested at 7:39 a.m. April 4 on the 2000 block of Ogden Avenue. He was charged with driving while license suspended after a traffic stop, according to police.
Keasha L. Hunter, 25, of the 4700 block of Sailboat Bay, Lisle, was arrested at 12:30 p.m. March 30 at Old Tavern Road and Beau Bien Boulevard. She was charged with driving while license suspended and speeding after a traffic stop, according to police.
SATURDAY, MARCH 23 Possession of Cannabis Wheaton police charged Eric Shultz, 25, of Lisle with possession of cannabis. He was arrested at about 9:45 p.m. near the intersection of Lorraine and Roosevelt in Wheaton. He was booked and released. TUESDAY, MARCH 19 Possession of Cannabis Wheaton police charged Daniel E. Gallagher, 19, of the 2600 block of Bentley Court in Lisle with possession of cannabis. He was arrested at 9:20 p.m. near the intersection of Hazelton Avenue and Williams Street in Wheaton. He was released from the Wheaton Police Department later that night.
