Darshana (darsana), from the original Sanskrit, means "seeing" or “vision." It is a glimpse of reality offered or given to a disciple or follower by the master, whereby the disciple sees and experiences the Divine source.

One who is open, near ready or fully ready in life to surrender, can experience a very strong "happening" of the Darshan.

This Glimpse of Spirit, Bliss, Peace and the Absolute is a taste of the master's inner quality and may awaken one to ultimate truth and the source.
