Lisle High School's varsity girls soccer team will compete in the sectionals championship this week. Lisle High School is sponsoring the sectional with matches at Wilde Field, 5207 Center Ave.

The girls take on Lombard Tuesday evening at 5 p.m. A win will secure the team a spot in Saturday's match, a chance to advance to the Hinckley Super Sectional next week.

This year's Lady Lions include Sierra Birdsell, Danielle DiMaggio, Keely Geist, Katy Harper, Breann Hutchison, Molly Kranink, Kelsey Kretman, Katie Kulevich, Kara Laue, Val Melo, Sarah Mogensen, Allison Morten, Angie Ngo, Mariah Ortega, Elena Pivek, Hannah Prindeville, Lauren Prindeville, Vanessa Roach, Catherine Smith, Skyler Tomko, Ally Wroble, Christine Young, and Ashleigh Zurek.
