FOLLOW-UP: Repeat Offender In Apartment Complex

A Lisle man charged with public intoxication two weeks ago was charged with disorderly conduct this weekend.

Christopher R. Mysiewicz, 23, of 4721 St. Joseph Creek Rd., was charged with resisting/obstructing an officer and disorderly conduct at approximately 1:50 a.m. at his home on Oct. 16.  He posted the bail amount of $100.

The charge follows a similar incident on Oct. 2, when he was charged with public intoxication and having open alcohol in public, also at his residence. According to Sgt. Randy Johnson, Lisle Police Department public information officer, police responded to noise complaints and partying at Mysiewicz's apartment unit on these occasions. He said the problem has been ongoing.
